User Agreement

This User Agreement is a public offer from Izumrud LLC (OGRN 1257700254866, INN 7733469484, 125459, Moscow, North-Tushino municipal district, Yan Rainis Blvd., Building 6, Block 1, Premises 2) (hereinafter "the Company"), in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and comes into effect once you express your acceptance by registering. By accepting the terms of this User Agreement, you agree to all its conditions without exception, understand its meaning, and confirm you are at least 18 years old.
The Company reserves the right to amend this User Agreement without special notice. The new version becomes effective 10 calendar days after publication on the website, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of www.vs-shinbi.com, after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Definitions:

Buyer: a person placing an order on the website www.vs-shinbi.com
Site Visitor: a person visiting the website without intending to place an order
User: a natural person who is a visitor, agrees with the terms, and wishes to place orders

Online Store: the website www.vs-shinbi.com owned by the Company, displaying goods for purchase, including payment and delivery terms
Product(s): face creams, serums, body creams, shampoos, soaps, face masks, and other goods presented on the website
Order: a duly completed request by the Buyer to purchase and deliver goods either to a specified address or for pickup

2. General Provisions:

The Seller sells goods through the online store at www.vs-shinbi.com.
By placing an order, the User agrees to the terms of sale. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site immediately.
Product offer and related information are a public offer under Articles 435 and 437(2) of the Russian Civil Code.
The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer places an order, even without authorization.
A retail purchase agreement forms upon issuance of a receipt or proof of payment.
During registration, Users provide email and phone number and consent to receiving communications, including promotional messages.
The Seller may delegate order fulfillment to third parties but remains responsible.

3. Products and Purchase Procedure:

If a product is out of stock, the Seller may exclude or cancel it and will notify the Buyer via email.
Refunds for canceled products are made by the original payment method.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of provided data.
After ordering, the Buyer receives an email with tracking details.
Orders process in 2-3 business days or up to 8 during sales; shipping follows availability confirmation.
Products are shown via photos owned by the Seller, accompanied by descriptions and prices. Additional info available on request by phone.

4. Delivery:

Delivery methods are agreed with the manager by phone.
Orders are handed to the Buyer or authorized third party. If delivery by courier or pickup point is impossible, the Buyer can request a recipient change. For Russian Post delivery, changes are not possible without a notarized proxy.
Deliverers may ask for ID and record document info to prevent fraud.
Risk transfers to Buyer upon delivery confirmation signature.
Non-delivery refunds occur after confirmation from delivery service.
Delivery cost varies by product weight, region, and method, displayed before checkout. Proceeding means accepting these terms.
Delivery is complete upon physical transfer or pickup.
Upon receipt, the Buyer can inspect the product and packaging; discrepancies must be documented.
Returns due to product claims require a written request, discrepancy report, payment proof, and return form.
Products meet Russian GOST and technical standards, confirmed by certificates.
Delivery schedule can be confirmed by phone.
Marketing inclusions in shipments are at Buyer’s cost; refusal requires contact with Seller by phone.
Payment methods are those presented on the site.

5. Returns and Refunds:

Cosmetic and auxiliary products generally non-returnable except for manufacturing defects, missing info, or harmful substances.
No returns are accepted for dissatisfaction with color, scent, effect, or proper-quality product.
Buyers may cancel orders before receipt or within 7 days after, provided product condition and proof of purchase are intact.
Refunds issued within 10 days by the original payment method, minus return shipping costs.
Responsibility for product safety until return is with the Buyer.

6. Payment:

Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes and fees.
Prices shown on the site. If a pricing error occurs, the Seller will contact the Buyer to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order.
The Seller charges the payment at the moment the order is placed.

7. Liability:

The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper product use or by external sites.

8. Privacy and Data Protection:

Personal data is processed in accordance with Russian legislation and the privacy policy.
Data provided includes full name, contact number, email, birth date, gender, and delivery address.
By providing this information, the User consents to data processing for managing orders, sending marketing communications, surveys, contests, and improving service quality.
The Seller uses cookies for analytics, personalization, and advertising.
IP addresses are collected for statistical purposes only, not for direct identification.
Users can exercise their rights to access, modify, delete, or object to personal data by contacting the Seller.

9. Agreement Duration:

This Agreement is effective upon acceptance by the User and remains in force until withdrawal.

10. Additional Terms:

The Seller may transfer rights and obligations under this Agreement to third parties.
The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical issues.
The relationship is governed by Russian law.
Inquiries and disputes should be directed to Seller support.
The invalidity of any provision does not affect the remainder.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse service to Buyers with a history of misconduct.
Offers are valid only while stock lasts, at the prices at order time, unless otherwise indicated.
